NO SHOW POLICY: If a client fails to show up to their appointment with no knowledge, a 30% cancelation fee will be charged. LATE POLICY: If a client runs late, I allow up to 15 minutes past the start time of the appointment for the client to show up. Please call or text if you are going to be late I understand life happens🫶🏼. Showing up late multiple times will result in a “late fee” Anything over 20 minutes will need to be rescheduled, and a DEPOSIT will be required to book again. CANCELATION POLICY: If a client cancels within 48 hours of their appointment, a 35% DEPOSIT will be required for any further booking. Down payment will go towards scheduled service, and is non-refundable!
